SNS二次利用・切り抜きガイドライン
はじめに
このガイドラインは、NUM CREATION公式から発信されているコンテンツ、および NUM CREATIONに所属するすべてのアーティストの公式コンテンツを、ファンの皆さんが安心して楽しめるようにするためのものです。
「このシーンが好き」「この瞬間を共有したい」そんな自然な気持ちで、コンテンツに触れてもらえることを、私たちは大切にしています。
NUM CREATION、ならびに所属アーティストの公式アカウントから正式に公開されているコンテンツについては、本ガイドラインの範囲内で、SNSでの共有や切り抜きなども、自由にお楽しみください。
利用できるコンテンツ
- NUM CREATION公式アカウントの動画・画像
- 所属アーティストの公式YouTube、公式SNSに投稿された動画・画像
※ファンクラブ限定、有料、未公開素材は対象外です。
※過去に一般公開されていたコンテンツが、その後メンバーシップ限定または有料公開へ変更された場合であっても、一般公開期間中に作成・投稿された二次利用コンテンツについては、削除等を求めるものではありません。ただし、当該コンテンツを現在の限定公開状態において新たに切り抜き・転載・二次利用することはできません。
OKな使い方
- SNSへの転載・引用
- 切り抜き動画の投稿
- 字幕追加などの軽度な編集
守ってほしいルール
- 出典の明記
- 公式アカウントのメンション
- 文脈を歪めない編集
禁止事項
- 公開時点でメンバーシップ限定、有料、限定公開、未公開、ファンクラブ限定であった素材の利用
- 誹謗中傷、なりすまし、名誉を傷つける行為
- 第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- 法令または公序良俗に反する利用
YouTubeでの切り抜き
本ガイドラインを遵守している限り、事前申請は不要です。
ただし、メンバーシップ限定コンテンツやその他の限定公開コンテンツを切り抜き・転載することは禁止します。
収益化について
現在、個別の許諾や分配制度は設けていません。

When you find a moment you love or feel like sharing a particular scene, we truly value that natural connection with the content.
Officially published content from NUM CREATION and its affiliated artists may be shared or clipped freely within the scope of these guidelines.
Content You Can Use
- Videos and images posted on official NUM CREATION accounts
- Videos and images posted on official YouTube or SNS accounts of affiliated artists
※ Fan club–only, paid, unreleased, or limited-access content is not allowed.
※ Even if content that was once publicly available later becomes members-only or paid, we will not request deletion of secondary content created and posted during the period it was publicly available. However, creating new clips, reposts, or secondary content from material that is currently in a restricted state is not permitted.
What’s OK
- Reposting or quoting on social media
- Uploading clipping videos
- Light editing such as adding subtitles
Please Follow These Rules
- Clearly credit the original source
- Mention official accounts
- Do not edit in a way that distorts the original context
Not Allowed
- Using content that was members-only, paid, limited-access, or unreleased at the time of publication
- Harassment, impersonation, or actions that damage reputation
- Violating third-party rights
- Any use that violates laws or public order
YouTube Clips
No prior approval is required as long as these guidelines are followed.
However, clipping or reposting members-only or other restricted content is strictly prohibited.
Monetization
We do not currently offer individual permissions or revenue-sharing programs.
